Where performance meets wellbeing and sustainability, a new workplace model rises—smart, collaborative, and elevated through the beauty of Thai-inspired design
UOB Sathon
- Thailand
In the heart of Bangkok, the UOB Sathon project signals a new era of High Performance Workplaces. This innovative model merges efficiency, wellness, and sustainability to redefine office experiences.
The layout showcases an Activity Based Workplace design, fostering collaboration among departments. Cutting-edge technologies such as Smart Building Management, Sensor Technology, and Virtual Management Systems underscore an unwavering commitment to energy efficiency and environmental responsibility. UOB Sathon fosters staff interaction through shared and fitness areas, diverse event-friendly lobbies, and a unique cafeteria which advocates for a ‘Bring Your Own Food’ policy.
The “Thai Flowers” theme threads through the design, channelling the essence of regional Thailand. Interior colour palettes inspired by Southern, Central, North Eastern, and Northern Thailand’s indigenous flora are reflected in carpet choices and frosted mirror films. Meeting rooms embody regional diversity, each thoughtfully named after a characteristic flower. Efficiently planned spaces including work areas, bistros, meeting, and focus rooms stimulate productivity and creativity. With UOB Sathon, UOB is not only building offices but transforming work experiences entirely.
