Ivana is a design oriented Architect with over 18 years experience in architecture, urban design & interior design. Her experience spans a broad range of sectors and project scales including education, masterplanning, civic, workplace, residential, health, planning and commercial projects in Australia and Europe.Ivana has lead the design of many international competitions and award winning projects; she is the recipient of the BPB International Trophy in 2006 and National Trust Heritage Award in 2014.Her commitment to design excellence shows through her innovative thinking and design review processes to ensure projects achieve the best outcomes for the client.

Ramya has close to 13 years of experience as an interior designer with the experience and capability to deliver a wide variety of project types to the international standards expected by dwp clients. Ramya’s talents extend through various project types, including hospitality, residential and commercial spaces in Asia. A motivated designer and a team-player, she is able to communicate and work well with people at all levels. Michael is an acknowledged architecture industry leader and is active at state and national levels with the Australian Institute of Architects and the Association of Consulting Architects. He is a member of the South Australia state design review panel and was awarded the Royal Society for the Arts award for Art and Architecture in 2001.

Associate Design Director Architecture
With over than 18 years of experience in architecture projects, Waralak works closely with the Design Director on all aspects of the design development, documentation, specifications and production utilizing her extensive experience with integrated architecture and interior design projects in Thailand and overseas. Waralak supervises a team of designers & technicians as the key point of contact for the client daily throughout the project. Waralak attends all client meetings from the start of the project through to the weekly on-site meetings during construction with the assistance of key personnel at various stages.
Ellie Coelho is a Master of Architecture Graduate with 8 years of experience in documentation drafting, site inspections and consultant management. With experience across a variety of sectors, including residentiall, commercial and Defence. Encompassing a passion for detail, Ellie’s Revit skills and technical understanding complement her design work.

With over 20 years at dwp, John Chue is based in Ho Chi Minh City. He oversees our Quality and ISO process certification across all studios.
John has been integral in dwp’s transition to a digital cloud-based business and the transition of all processes to online digital dashboards.

James joined the dwp Adelaide Studio in 2021, having undertaken an internship during the previous year. We were impressed with his knowledge and work ethic and, when the opportunity arose, happy to offer James a full time role.
James has a particular interest in sustainable architecture and the challenges associated with ensuring that building design can meet people’s everyday needs whilst also being sensitive to the environment. He has an eye for detail and well developed technical and documentation skills, using a variety of different computer software. He also enjoys the creative aspects of architecture and the problem solving challenges it presents.
Senior Project Coordinator
Anushka is a Senior Project Lead and qualified Architect with over 12 years of experience. She has been involved in all stages of design, construction, and project management through her career. Her focus is in healthcare. With projects include a medium sized hospital expansion, and numerous additions and alternations to existing hospitals often completed in multiple overlapping stages due to ongoing hospital operations. The additions and alterations work include a range of new facilities such as a high security Prison Ward, Accident and Emergency Department Extension, Operating Theatres, Rehabilitation Centres, Specialised Procedure Rooms, Inpatient Wards and Medical Staff Quarters Her recent health project was as the Architectural Lead/ Project Manager for the three phased SGD22 million Expansion of Ang Mo Kio-Thye Hua Kwan Hospital in Singapore. I was responsible for the project from its inception in 2014 to completion in 2018. Phase two of this project, which was a new six storey building was awarded the Singapore Building and Construction Authority’s (BCA) Green Mark Gold Certification.

Anita is a core member of the dwp EA team and is responsible for all administration functions withing the Brisbane studio as well as assisting the national and global studios with bid preparation. Anita has a keen interest in design and a broad range of administration and finance experience and offers extensive background support to the team.
Cameron brings over 20 years of international experience in the design and administration of complex projects across the commercial, health, education, industrial and retail sectors. As a strong team leader Cameron collaborates with all stakeholders to ensure that the best outcome is achieved for the client. His approach has been informed by his years as a Project Architect, he is pragmatic and rigorous, focusing on quality documentation and clear communication to all.
Senior Interior Designer
With 20 years of experience in corporate office interior design and project management. A technical expert, Interior Designer specialised in corporate offices, accomplished leader in design development and documentation. Angsulee has a strong focus on the delivery of corporate workplace and institutional projects and leads the multi-discipline detailed design and documentation team to ensure that the creative concepts and project vision and objectives are realised, through detail design, procurement construction, and project closeout. Jake is a registered Architect with 9 years of sports, transport and urban planning experience both in Australia and in the United States. His career has focused around the creation and refurbishment of large sports stadia with a focus in athletics, aquatics, football and rugby stadia and training facilities. Jake’s experience in complex buildings has allowed him to become exceptional at large scale building procurement methods and project delivery in Australia.
Olivia is a core member of the dwp EA team with years of experience in administration and bid preparation. Olivia is responsible for all administration functions within the Sydney studio and assists all other global studios in the preparation of major bids and smooth running and development of their projects.

Graham is focussed on building strong, trustworthy and long term relationships with his clients. He is intent of being proactive in anticipating their needs and aspirations, and exceeding them. His aim is to complete each project with the client enthusiastically prepared to our practice on their next project. Graham is very experienced in urban and master planning; he leads the Education and Retail sectors of the practice whilst overviewing all aspects of Studio operations.
Cassandra is our Executive Assistant to the global management team and is located within our Melbourne Studio. Cass holds an Associate Degree in Design completed in New York and Melbourne.
Gunpawit’s 12 years of experience as an architect with the experience and capability to deliver a wide variety of project types to the international standards expected by dwp clients. His expertise in design includes hospitality buildings, commercial buildings, residential buildings design. Gunpawit is recognised for his well-rounded design & management skills, particularly in the contributors to the design of various projects with detailed knowledge of the construction, coordination and representation of the project concept.
Christian Barkowski is experienced in various aspects of building design and documentation through his work on a wide range of projects, especially residential and health. He has excellent documentation and project coordination skills whilst maintaining a passion for collaboration, striving to incorporate originality and design quality into every project he works on. Scott imparts his exceptional leadership and organisational skills at the helm of our highly successful Brisbane Studio. As the Queensland Studio Director, Scott Chapple brings to the role his broad experience over 30 years as an architect across the education, health, civic, sport & leisure, retail and workplace sectors. This expertise assists him to strongly position our projects within their urban context optimising client expectations alongside design and quality outcomes.
Primarily, Nicole has worked within the health, residential and sports and recreation space. Her experience in the management of projects, in conjunction with her understanding of design, documentation and consultant coordination ensures she is an asset on any project team.
Nicole has a practical approach to problem-solving which is underpinned by an excellent understanding of BIM modelling tools. Her ability to quickly convert concepts into a 3D environment to test and explore options, to be shared with team members and clients alike, is a key asset in the success of her designs.
Nicole has recently been managing The Victoria Clinic, a non-acute mental health clinic for Healthscope. Prior to this, her most recent major project roles was the delivery of the internal works packages for the Redevelopment of Concord oval and the internal fitout of Arena, a 200+ apartment complex which consisted of 49 unique apartment layouts.
As an Architectural Graduate from the University of Queensland (2019) and the KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Felix possesses over three years industry experience in architecture and construction, where he has developed a versatile skill set in delivering architectural projects. His experience across a range of educational, industrial, commercial and health projects has allowed for advanced proficiency in documentation, BIM management and coordination.
Kellie Adler is a senior level BIM technician with extensive experience in drawing and documentation of projects at every phase. Her experience has been gained both here and overseas, including work on several large international developments. She is experienced in a wide range of project typologies including education, recreation & civic and especially elite sports facilities. Kellie’s intelligent, diligent approach ensures high standards in our documentation. She has worked with BIM since joining dwp and is sought after for BIM training, documentation and technical support.

Ron Bridgefoot has over 35 years’ experience in the planning, design and documentation of healthcare projects across Australia, South-East Asia and the Pacific. Ron’s vast experience in the development of public and private healthcare facilities ranges from strategic resource planning, masterplanning and concept design through to commissioning.
Anthony Cheng is a Revit technician with an architectural background and over 20 years of experience in various types of projects, including hospitality, residential, retail, education, health, seniors living and sports & leisure. He is knowledgeable in using the latest Revit Software for documentation and Navisworks Manager for BIM clash detection. Anthony works well within a team environment and is highly skilled in collaborating and coordinating with external consultants. He has excellent experience in reviewing shop drawings and coordinating consultant drawings.
Associate Design Director Interior Design, Workplace
Napong graduated with a Bachelor degree in interior architecture and received a Master ‘s degree from New York School of Interior Design, USA. Before he went to study abroad he was working in Bangkok and gained experience in hospitality and residential field. After he received his master degree in 2010 he started working in NYC as interior designer and gained more experience in Entertainment and casino design. Napong is another key design talent and has worked together with his team seamlessly, delivering large scale workplace projects in Thailand. He will assist our Design Director with design development and planning all specialist areas. He will be responsible for all documentation and detailing as required for technical issues and coordination with the consultant team. Napong will coordinate all design detailing, preparation of specifications, documents, finishes and materials requirements for all workplace areas.

Highly skilled in project delivery, Roger specialises in project management, contract documentation and administration – he is a leader of our Health & Care and Education sectors. Jaslyn was the Project Leader for both Ng Teng Fong General Hospital and National Centre for Infectious Diseases & Centre for Healthcare Innovation in Singapore, where she liaised with the client, user groups, project manager, consultants and contractor, resolving planning and design details to meet building codes, functionality, design aesthetic and budget.
Jaslyn was the creator and curator for the ISOscape Project and Penang Stories. ISOscape Project is a series of open discussions with architectural illustrations aimed to address and respond to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic to individuals, families and greater communities. Kenneth is an Architect with over 8 years experience. Kenneth enjoys observing and immersing himself in environments with the goal of breaking the mould and forging new opportunities. He has a rich background in leading health, aged care, education and industrial projects and has played key roles in managing and delivering complex, large projects. As a result he has a deep understanding of the contribution that built form makes to the environment, particularly with regard to community infrastructure.

David has a strong focus on programming and methodology to ensure projects have well defined timeframes and deliverables.
Sean Logue is a registered Architect with significant experience in the management of projects primarily in the Health, Seniors Living, Education sectors. A collaborative and hardworking team member, Sean’s rigorous documentation style, strong BIM capabilities and eye for detail are the technical complement to his natural flair for design. As a Green Star Accredited Professional, Sustainability and efficient design are passions that influence his work.
As an Architectural Graduate from QUT in Brisbane, and NED University in Pakistan, Fahmiyah has gained 3 years industry experience both in Pakistan and Brisbane. Fahmiyah has developed a broad range of skills in the delivery of architectural projects, and has an exceptional eye for detail and proficiency in documentation. Fahmiyah has worked across a range of projects, including Community, Health Care, Commercial and Retail.
David is a highly motivated, qualified Architect with over 15 years industry experience. David has gained a range of international experience and knowledge working in both Australia and the UK, with a focus in Sports, Education, Seniors Living, Workplace, Sport and Residential sectors. He is a strong and effective project leader and has in-depth technical knowledge of BCA regulations and the Australian Building Standards and is an integral part of dwp’s sustainability group.
As an architectural graduate, Aliaksandr has international and Australian experience working with architectural projects in various sectors and scales including high-rises and health. He is passionate about architecture, focused on innovative design, and dedicated to improving the building environment for everyone.
A core member of the dwp EA team, Cate possesses a deep knowledge and history of the Adelaide Studio, our clients and our projects. Responsible for all administration functions within the practice, Cate remains abreast of industry and broader market developments to ensure the continual sharing of information across the practice and with our clients.
Ashley is based in the Melbourne studio and currently completing her Masters in Architecture. She is passionate about creating meaningful spatial experiences for end users. Combined with her strong technical skills and hard working attitude, she aims to add value in any project she is involved in.
Having gained experience working in Santa Monica, California. Along with being bilingual, it has provided Nik with the knowledge and skills to adapt his performance to accommodate different projects. Nik’s passion of wanting to learn about the different fields within architectural design, from hospitality, retail, residential to education. Has given him the opportunity to set personal goals to enhance his philosophy for future design challenges.
Afifah is based in the Newcastle office and has been in the Architecture industry since her graduation in 2013. She has gained experience in a diverse range of projects both in Australia and Malaysia. Some sectors that Afifah has worked extensively on are Seniors Living and Residential. She is passionate about creating valuable spatial experiences for end users. Combined with her excellent interpersonal and technical skills she aspires to add value and design quality on any project that she is involved with.
