Rejuvenate in Harmony: Embracing Nature and Modern Comfort

dwp was engaged to undertake the redesign work for the new build Westin Hotel in Yangon. The brand identity is focused on complete well -being geared to provide a thoughtful guest experience with signature offerings striving to fuel and energize the space to ensure a “better you.” The arrival lobby, lounge and bar were designed with the core philosophy of well-being by inclusion of natural materials and elements in their true form to integrate nature into the space.

This had to be infused with a minimalist and tasteful choice of patterns that evoke natural imagery and combination of intimate, warm spaces along with expansive vantage points of guest gatherings.

The guestrooms and suites were designed to echo this core concept of biophilia complemented with a modern residential aesthetic inspired by the beauty found in nature.
