Consisting of 3 high-rise apartment buildings, Destinia, Mytopia, and Petopia, Whizdom is about a holistic well-being design approach to vertical living. Seamless integration of a modern vertical living lifestyle within a natural environment for optimum well-being encourages residents to “Feel the Wild”. Key design concepts are family and community. The project is pet and child-friendly with sustainability and ‘generation to generation’ thinking integral to the design concept. The ‘Nature inside and out’ is the key design element, with recycled timber and natural non-toxic materials, bringing nature into interior space.
