Malton 31 Residences

Major Development engaged dwp for their luxury residential townhome project. The design theme took on a modern classic approach, drawing inspiration from the timelessly chic style of a debonair art collector. Each item within the ensemble space is perfectly placed and natural light is enhanced by subtle lighting features and an open fluidity. Eclectic artifacts and intriguing lamps, with darker, yet neutral colours define interior spaces downstairs.

A double-height ceiling in the main living area is punctuated by an appealing hanging light sculpture above and marble flooring underfoot. A soothing air is generated upstairs with understated elegant light colour tones, and a large feature rug to define the space. dwp created the interiors for the entire building, including private car parking, elevator and garden areas, as well as the bedrooms, living rooms, maid’s room, laundry area, bathrooms and kitchen.
