Nestled in the heart of Vinh Yen, the Crowne Plaza Vinh Yen City Centre emerges as the leading 5-star international hotel, showcasing a modern design by dwp. This design draws its inspiration from the profound history and scenic charm of Vinh Phuc province in northern Vietnam. Spread across 21 floors, visitors receive a warm welcome on the ground floor. The hotel offers a range of amenities such as the Level 4 Sky Lobby Bar Lounge, Level 2 health facilities, and a Level 3 Spa. Guest rooms are housed from Levels 6-20, while the 21st floor boasts an executive lounge. The hotel gracefully captures the theme of “A journey north”, mirroring the vistas from the red river delta to the Tam Dao mountains.⠀

The Ora Office in Dubai is a masterful example of how design can transcend mere visual appeal to create a living, breathing space that resonates with human needs and environmental consciousness. During the conceptualisation of the 19,778 sqf Ora Offices project in Dubai, dwp | dubai were inspired to create a symbiosis of modernity and tradition that would resonate deeply with Ora Developers’ distinctive style. Embarking on this journey, our design brief was to craft a workspace that synergised Ora’s luxurious yet minimalist style with the rich cultural backdrop of the UAE. This dynamic concept incorporated an open-plan layout fostering collaboration, alongside secluded spaces for focused work, all embodying a harmony of contemporary and traditional elements. Utilising natural materials and ergonomic furnishings, we prioritised functionality without forsaking the aesthetic value, manifesting a forward-thinking, environment-friendly workspace deeply entrenched in the local ethos, and true to Ora’s brand identity.⠀
