Adriana is an experienced Interior Designer and LEED Green Associate who has demonstrated a flair for conceptual design. A design powerhouse with a keen passion for her industry, Adriana’s attitude of curiosity is her strongest driver when it comes to designing meaningful spaces.

Thomas Meier

Creative Director

Since graduating in engineering and interior design, with a Master of Interior Architecture from the renowned Penninghen School, Paris, Thomas has over 10 years of multi-disciplinary cross-sector experience. An innovative and highly creative ‘self-starter’, Thomas leads projects from visioning and concept design through to completion. He has led the design of significant commercial projects around the world, particularly in APAC and MENA, with an emphasis on large scale public spaces, with highly choreographed visitor journeys and immersive brand experience. Signature projects include Retail and Mixed-use Developments, Hotels, Residences, Corporate Headquarters, Offices, Airports, Universities and Museums. Passionate about storytelling through design and visual narratives, for every project Thomas creates a meaningful project narrative that establishes a brand defining design direction. Thomas is a great communicator, fluent in English and French languages. Skilled in design strategy, project visioning and creative thinking, Thomas brings these attributes to the design leadership of each project together with an understanding of the user experience, co-creation methodology, direction and mentoring of the design team. Thomas keeps up to date with a knowledge of global trends and a forward looking approach to sustainability. With a collaborative approach Thomas ensures that client, stakeholders and design team unite around a strong creative concept to drive the project to a successful completion.

 

Natasa Lojinda

Projects Director

Natasa Lojinda is a strategic projects director in dwp Bangkok studio, orchestrating diverse projects across the region, that span multiple sectors. As a qualified interior designer, having extensive experience with a major property development company provides a deep understanding of the development objectives for mixed-use, hospitality, residential and commercial projects. This experience and knowledge informs her strategic input, direction and delivery of projects from feasibility studies through to post-construction phase.

Kanidtha Pattanapanitchakul

Associate Design Director

Kanidtha is a dedicated interior designer with over 15 years international experience, during which time she has successfully complete a wide range of award-winning projects. Kanidtha’s talents extend through various project types of the lifestyle portfolio, including hospitality, F&B, commercial and private residential. A motivated designer and a team-player, she is able to communicate and work well with people at all levels, ensuring that her creative concepts are carried through to completion of construction.

Chairman

Brenton is the Chairman responsible for leading dwp’s group strategy, operations and business development globally. Brenton was honoured to be appointed as a Member (AM) of the Order of Australia (General Division) by the Governor-General of Australia for ‘significant service to Australia-Thailand and Australia-ASEAN business relations’ in The Queen’s Honours List, 2022.

Yukoltorn has almost 30 years’ experience in architecture and interior design and leads the community portfolio, which includes the design of healthcare, education and sports projects. She is responsible for all aspects of this portfolio including design, project management, client satisfaction and retention and business development. She has a deep knowledge of the particular requirements of healthcare and education projects and directs and leads the design team including overall management of multi-discipline design coordination, from feasibility phase through creative concepts, documentation and construction. A results driven, self-motivated and resourceful director with a proven ability to support team members to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
