L’Oréal Office Bangkok
Where Beauty, Diversity and Connection Shape the Workplace.

The Project
For L’Oréal’s Bangkok office, dwp was tasked to translate one of the world’s most recognisable beauty brands into a workplace experience, balancing a strong brand identity with the needs of a large and diverse team. The result is a dynamic, people-focused environment that brings together workplace performance, wellbeing and L’Oréal’s belief in “Beauty for All.”
Diversity became the starting point for the design. Inspired by the individuality of different faces, forms, skin tones and cosmetic colours, the workplace moves away from rigid lines in favour of softer, organic geometries. At its heart, a sweeping curved corridor draws inspiration from the silhouette of the human face, creating a continuous journey that connects the different areas of the office. A restrained palette of creamy whites and timber provides a calm backdrop, punctuated by earthy tones and playful accents inspired by L’Oréal’s world of colour and cosmetics.
Connection extends beyond the visual language. Front-of-house spaces flow naturally from reception to café, pantry and sky garden, while collaboration areas are integrated throughout the workplace. A central staircase links three floors, encouraging movement and spontaneous encounters between colleagues who might otherwise rarely cross paths. Designed to meet LEED Gold requirements, the workplace brings brand, wellbeing and sustainability together in an environment that celebrates individuality while creating a stronger sense of community.
