Informa Office Dubai

Informa’s Dubai office reimagines the contemporary workplace through a connection to nature, culture and place. Guided by the concept “Echoing Earth’s Essence,” the design brings biophilic principles into the everyday working environment, using natural forms, textures and light to create a workplace that feels calm, grounded and distinctly connected to its Dubai setting.

Natural materials and earthy tones form the foundation of the interior, with wood and stone complemented by jute and plaster, materials that reference the region’s architectural heritage. These sit alongside marble and metal, creating a dialogue between traditional simplicity and contemporary sophistication. Natural light is maximised throughout, bringing warmth and energy into the workplace while supporting wellbeing and reducing reliance on artificial lighting.

Beyond aesthetics, the workplace is designed around connection. Flexible collaborative spaces encourage people and ideas to come together, balanced with areas for individual focus. The pantry becomes a social heart of the office, bringing heritage-inspired materials into an informal setting for interaction and exchange. Together, these spaces create a workplace where nature, culture and contemporary ways of working coexist, supporting creativity, collaboration and a shared sense of belonging.
